Are you passionate about bringing innovative products to market and creating exceptional customer experiences? Molex is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support the execution and commercialization of the I/O product portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to drive product marketing initiatives, coordinate NPI sample programs, support customer inquiries, and ensure product information remains accurate and accessible. Your ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and leverage data to support business decisions will directly contribute to portfolio growth and customer success.

Our Team

The Product Management and Marketing team supports the growth and commercialization of Molex's I/O product portfolio. We work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to bring innovative interconnect solutions to market, support customers throughout the product lifecycle, and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Support product managers in executing product line strategies and day-to-day portfolio management activities.
  • Drive product marketing initiatives that increase product visibility, awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate NPI sample programs and collaborate with project, manufacturing, and testing teams to support successful product launches.
  • Ensure product documentation and customer-facing information remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Support customer inquiries and provide timely responses to product-related requests.
  • Monitor critical customer orders and proactively partner with stakeholders to improve delivery performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activities to support business and technology roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and planning teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Support forecasting and business planning activities while identifying opportunities to improve demand accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reporting to provide visibility into portfolio performance and growth opportunities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience within the electro-mechanical components industry.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and build strong working relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with common business software and PC applications.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing disciplines.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or product support functions.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and electronics industry OEMs.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
