This Position reports to:

Marketing & Sales Manager


Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.


The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Smart Power division at Mumbai, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
  • Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.

Qualifications for the role
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time)
  • You have 15 to 20 years of experience in Marketing of LV Switchgear systems
  • Strong expertise in product marketing strategy, product positioning, domestic marketing, and business development
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SFDC, and System Configurator.
  • Industry exposure across Oil & Gas, Data Centers, Semiconductors, Defence, Nuclear, HVDC, and Metals markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with clear presentation abilities.
