About the opportunity:
This position serves as a key liaison between Product Management and Marketing, gathering and synthesizing information about Christie-developed and OEM-sourced products and services to support strategic marketing initiatives. The role manages assigned products and market segments by developing and executing marketing programs and campaigns that communicate product value, drive sales, and support channel partner performance objectives. It oversees product lifecycle marketing, ensuring successful product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life strategies while creating compelling value propositions for internal and external stakeholders. The position also collaborates closely with Product Management, Global Marketing, and senior leadership to align goals, priorities, and deliverables that support business growth and market success. This role is global in nature, as are its accountabilities and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned products and market segments, ensuring alignment between Product Management, Global Marketing, and business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize product and service information from Product Management and other stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies and communications.
• Develop and execute product marketing programs and campaigns that support revenue growth, market penetration, and achievement of business goals.
• Create and communicate clear, compelling product value propositions that highlight customer benefits and differentiate Christie’s offerings in the marketplace.
• Direct the development of marketing content, messaging, and sales enablement materials that support customer acquisition and product adoption.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
• Support sales teams and channel partners by providing product positioning, messaging, and marketing resources that enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Global Marketing, and leadership, to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize results and improve return on investment.
• Ensure all marketing activities and communications are consistent with company branding, product strategy, and corporate objectives.
• Maintain project timelines, priorities, and deliverables for assigned products and marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior marketing leadership regarding product performance, market opportunities, and campaign effectiveness.
Location: Hybrid position in Allen, TX

The experience and skills we value:
• Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• A minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• B2B Marketing plan creation
