As a Product Marketing Specialist at Epassi, you take ownership of daily hands-on marketing execution and user activation for one of our products. Your focus on getting thing out the door, activating users, and making campaigns work in practice.

Your impact

At Epassi, impact means outcomes. In this role, you will:

  • Activate existing Epassi app users through hands-on marketing
  • Drive adoption and net revenue growth of a product
  • Improve user engagement across the full lifecycle

You succeed when campaigns translate into measurable activation and usage.

What you’ll be doing daily

  • Run end-to-end marketing operations for the product
  • Build, send, and optimize email and newsletter campaigns
  • Apply your ecommerce experience to improve our products’ performance
  • Analyse campaign performance and user feedback
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams
  • Propose and test new marketing approaches and tools

What you should bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or hands-on marketing roles
  • Strong background in ecommerce or lifecycle marketing, preferably from a consumer-focused industry
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
  • Familiarity with customer engagement tools such as Storyly, Braze, or Iterable
  • Comfort working hands-on in marketing systems
  • Native-level Finnish and working-proficient English
  • Strong organizational skills and a practical, execution-focused mindset
