Job Description

As the Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll be part of a growing marketing team that’s redefining how we connect our innovative solutions to customers. You will help bring new products, features, and programs to life by supporting storytelling, go-to-market execution, and marketing campaign delivery across our digital experience platforms, point-of-sale services, and API services.

The Product Marketing Specialist will work closely with Product Marketing Partners, P&L teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support planning, content development, campaign execution, and performance tracking. You’ll learn how to translate customer insights and product knowledge into compelling marketing materials while ensuring messaging is delivered accurately, consistently, and on time across appropriate channels.

This is a hands-on role for an early-career marketer who is curious, collaborative, and eager to drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention.

What You'll Do

  • Build understanding of assigned products, P&L priorities, market context, customer needs, and segmentation to support effective marketing execution.
  • Help ensure the voice of the customer is captured and incorporated by gathering insights from research, performance data, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Help develop and maintain storylines, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing Partners, and cross-functional teams to support roadmap alignment and go-to-market activities for product enhancements and launches, including timelines, assets, and channel coordination.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with reporting and analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist with the creation, editing, and review of marketing content across channels to ensure brand consistency.
  • Help document plans, assets, and learnings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across launches and programs.
  • Support problem-solving by identifying issues, escalating risks, and contributing ideas for improvement.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related role with exposure to go-to-market initiatives, product launches, or campaigns in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing channels, including digital, email, web, and social.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to bridge cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Creative, Digital, or Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and performance reporting tools to inform decision-making.
  • Process- and detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on assigned work.
  • Familiarity with common marketing and productivity tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, project management tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and curious, with comfort embracing new tools and technologies.

Preferred

  • Experience ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or data integration platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with technical product managers or developer audiences.

What We Offer You

  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Includes performance bonuses, generous paid time off, and a top-tier retirement program with 401(k) matching and additional company contributions.
