Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and enhance brand visibility across digital and social Media platforms
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
• Create and curate compelling content, including social media posts, graphics, videos, and ad campaigns
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to continually improve campaign effectiveness
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across social Media platforms
• Collaborate with the design and tech teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to fine-tune positioning
• Assist the sales team with product marketing collateral and customer-centric content
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What You’ll Need:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or social media management
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in social media and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and email marketing platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative yet analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
