Job Description

About the Role:

The role of Product Marketing Planner will support the end-to-end execution of product launch and promotional campaigns. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration—especially with IT, Logistics, and Finance—to ensure operational readiness and system setup. You will also support contract workflows, lead creative briefings for marketing materials, and contribute to the overall success of product initiatives in the China market.

What you'll do:

Product Launch & Promotion Operations

1) Assist Product Manager to develop and execute local product launch plans covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages.

2) Lead operational setup including system configuration and logistic planning to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

3) Coordinate with IT and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Cross-functional Coordination

1) Partner with EP (Sales Support) to ensure alignment and support for launch activities.

2) Collaborate with Purchasing to procure premiums and assets needed for campaigns.

Contract & Finance Process Management

Manage day-to-day contract workflows, including coordination with Finance to ensure timely approvals and processing.

Marketing Communication Support

1) Prepare creative briefs for communication materials (e.g., visuals, brochures, digital assets).

2) Bring a good sense of aesthetics to guide content development and ensure brand consistency.

What you'll need:

Education

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in product marketing, trade marketing, or related roles; experience in FMCG, foods, nutrition beauty, or direct sales industry is a plus.

Operational Mindset

Proven ability to plan and orchestrate cross-functional execution involving IT, logistics, finance, product forecasting, and system setup to ensure operational readiness.

Communication & Coordination

Strong project management and communication skills; able to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Aesthetic Sense

Basic understanding of design and content; ability to guide creative development with a good eye for visual quality.

Language

Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
