The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager who will be focused on Partner Success. This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape and a proven track record in business development or partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of go-to-market plans to support the launch and adoption of Generative AI products and new features
- Analyze user behavior, inbound feedback, and market signals to surface insights that help shape product direction and decisions
- Uncover new product and business opportunities through a mix of data-driven research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Sales, and Strategy—to align on priorities and bring features to market effectively
- Support relationship-building efforts with external AI partners to enhance our product ecosystem and unlock co-development potential
