The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of KI's Architectural Wall product portfolio. This role collaborates with sales, design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to identify market opportunities, guide product strategy, support new product development, and bring innovative solutions to market. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, customer insight, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to help shape the future of the Architectural Wall business. The salary range for this role falls between $70,000 - $90,000/year based on skillset and experience of the candidate.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive growth, market share, and profitability for KI's Architectural Wall portfolio.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to guide product and category decisions.
• Partner with sales, design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to bring new products and enhancements to market.
• Lead product lifecycle management activities, including portfolio optimization, product improvements, and line rationalization.
• Create go-to-market plans, product positioning, pricing recommendations, and key messaging for new and existing products.
• Develop sales enablement tools, marketing collateral, and training materials that support product adoption and growth.
• Gather and analyze customer, dealer, and field sales feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support new product launches by coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring successful market introduction.
• Provide technical, product, and competitive insights to help field sales teams win projects and strengthen customer relationships.
• Present product strategies, recommendations, and market insights to business leaders to support informed decision-making.
What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in a product management role.
• Experience analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when managing product data, market analysis, pricing, and marketing materials.
