[About the role]

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Senior) to own product positioning, launch orchestration, sales enablement, and content strategy across our Enterprise and Self-Serve motions. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with Product, Demand Generation Marketing, and Sales.

This is a high-impact role in a lean team at a strategic inflection point. AI-native design tools are reshaping the prototyping category, and ProtoPie's response — sharper Enterprise focus, differentiated positioning, and a stronger multi-product portfolio — depends on the person in this seat. You won't just write positioning docs. You'll ship launches, arm the Sales teams, and shape how the market understands ProtoPie.

[Responsibilities]

Product Marketing & Launch Orchestration

• Own product positioning and messaging for ProtoPie's expanding product portfolio, spanning both core and new product lines
• Lead end-to-end GTM for product launches — narrative, launch assets, internal enablement, external communications, and post-launch performance review
• Refine and evolve ProtoPie's category positioning against AI-native design tools, translating strategy into messaging the market and Sales team can use
• Develop ICP-specific value propositions across our target Enterprise verticals and use case clusters
• Own competitive intelligence — track competitor moves, maintain battlecards, and update Sales positioning as the market shifts

Sales Enablement

• Own the Sales enablement content system — pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, objection handling, and ROI narratives
• Partner with BDM and ECS teams on account-specific messaging, particularly for strategic accounts
• Run recurring Sales enablement sessions and measure Sales adoption and win-rate impact of enablement assets

Content Strategy

• Own the content strategy across our dual-funnel architecture — vertical-targeted content for Enterprise and persona-based content for Self-Serve
• Manage the editorial calendar and content production pipeline, coordinating internal SMEs, freelance writers, and (as needed) external agencies
• Partner with the Marketing Managers, internal subject matter experts, and (as needed) external agencies on the content-to-campaign handoff — you build the narrative, they produce and distribute it
• Own the webinar program strategy — topic selection, ICP alignment, format decisions, and post-webinar repurposing

Cross-Functional

• Collaborate with regional marketing colleagues in Korea, China, and Japan on localized launch execution and messaging adaptation
• Work directly with the Head of Growth on strategic messaging pivots and executive-facing narratives

[Qualifications]

Must

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a product marketing role
• Proven track record of orchestrating product launches — you have shipped launches that drove measurable pipeline or expansion, not just launch decks
• Strong positioning and messaging craft — you can point to work where you repositioned a product against a shifting or crowded category
• Hands-on Sales enablement experience — you have built assets Sales actually uses, and you can show how you measured that
• Comfortable operating in Enterprise motions and translating strategy into concrete assets across funnels
• Strong writing craft in English — you can produce launch narratives, positioning docs, and enablement content directly
• Professional working proficiency in Korean

Plus

• Experience marketing to designers, developers, or product teams
• Experience repositioning a product against AI-native or category-disrupting competitors
• Experience in a global SaaS company
• Familiarity with ICP-based segmentation frameworks
• Team lead or mentoring experience
• Experience with data visualization/analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Lightdash)
