Job Description
The Scaled Growth team owns the product strategy and operations tailored to agency, channel sales and vendor sales businesses. By identifying introduce targeted advertising products and industry best practices to both new and existing advertisers, agency and channel sales partners. We analyze and deeply understand our regional agency partners and their advertisers, and own the regional product strategy and GTM operations.
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional with a strong background in media to lead go-to-market strategy and drive product adoption for TikTok’s advertising solutions in Europe. This role sits within the Scaled Growth Team and focuses on accelerating the Key product penetration, validating product-market fit, and drive revenue growth of TikTok’s ads products through the agency ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with agency sales teams, agency partners, and global product stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for understanding the agency landscape, identifying opportunities to scale product adoption through agencies, and shaping go-to-market strategies that unlock incremental ads revenue. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, strategic, data-driven, and able to influence cross-functional partners effectively.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with media products in a product marketing, strategy, or key account management capacity, and bring a strong understanding of agency ecosystems and how agencies drive advertiser growth at scale. This is a full-time position based in London.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Product GTM Strategy and Revenue Growth Through Sales partners( Agencies focus)
- Own go-to-market planning for key advertising products in Europe, driving product adoption, penetration, and incremental revenue growth through agency partners.
- Develop a strong understanding of agency ecosystems and advertiser needs, and translate insights into scalable GTM strategies and execution plans.
- Build tracking mechanisms to monitor adoption progress, measure commercial impact, and optimize GTM performance.
- Partner closely with sales stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment and execution excellence.
- Bring market feedback and ecosystem insights into product positioning and GTM recommendations to strengthen product-market fit.
2. Support Strategic Agency Accounts and Scale Winning Solutions
- Provide dedicated product marketing support for priority agency accounts, helping shape solutions that address complex client needs and accelerate product adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, product operations, Product, and other stakeholders to deeply understand customer cases and develop effective agency-led solutions.
- Distill learnings from top agency engagements into scalable playbooks and repeatable operating methodologies.
- Expand successful account-level approaches into broader partner-facing programs to drive scaled business impact.
3. Lead Agency Revenue Growth Strategy
- Own the agency revenue growth strategy by breaking down key revenue drivers and identifying the most impactful levers across acquisition, scale-up, and retention.
- Define the core success metrics, operating cadence, and key initiatives required to drive sustainable agency revenue growth.
- Partner closely with agency sales teams to integrate product strategy with commercial priorities, and jointly drive growth across new customer acquisition, existing customer expansion, and retention.
- Develop a product-led revenue growth framework for the agency business, with clear tracking mechanisms to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution.
- Use data and business insights to continuously optimize growth strategy, influence cross-functional priorities, and improve long-term revenue outcomes.
