What product will you be working on?

Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

About the Mobile Growth Team

We drive user monetization, optimize funnel conversions, and explore new audience growth through creative and funnel experiments — owning performance and unit economics end-to-end.

What will you do:

  • Shape and execute the growth strategy for the Mobile Growth team.

  • Build a clear roadmap and prioritize impactful experiments.

  • Drive day-to-day team operations and ensure smooth collaboration.

  • Lead research initiatives and spot new growth opportunities.

  • Accelerate product growth through experiments and data-driven decisions.

  • Own key metrics — monetization, conversion, and retention.

  • Collaborate closely with UA and Content Marketing teams.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across functions.

  • Foster a strong team culture and streamline processes through automation.

  • Set clear expectations and empower each team member to perform at their best.

What do you need to join us:

  • Strong analytical mindset: confident with tools like Amplitude or Tableau, understanding event-based analytics, and interpreting key product metrics.

  • Experience with A/B testing: from hypothesis building to defining success metrics and validating statistical significance.

  • Solid understanding of monetization models.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel: building dashboards, cohort analysis, and LTV/ARPU calculations.

  • Team & process management: building and prioritizing a growth roadmap, maintaining transparency via Notion/Jira/Linear, running data & user insight reviews, and documenting learnings in a knowledge base

  • Growth mindset and curiosity to constantly explore new ideas, tools, and approaches.

  • Strong communication & facilitation skills.

  • Fast decision-making and readiness to take responsibility.
