About the job

The Google Ads Product Marketing team is at the forefront of delivering AI-powered Return on Investment (ROI) to our global advertisers. In a highly engaged landscape, businesses urgently need frictionless ways to connect with customers and qualify demand.

As a Product Marketing Manager for Lead Generation, you will serve as the tactical engine driving Google's expansion in these critical arenas. You will take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for our messaging and lead generation portfolio, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that directly test performers. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will dig into market trends, synthesize user research, and build actionable playbooks that help advertisers leverage Rich Communication Services (RCS) and agentic lead tools to drive verifiable business growth.

You will be a proactive contributor who grows on ambiguity and complex problem-solving. By partnering deeply with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales leadership, you will influence product roadmaps and execute medium-to-large-scale campaigns that establish Google as the undisputed leader in conversational commerce and lead generation.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
