A tech-led global freight forwarder, redefining how SMBs trade globally through a digital, transparent platform is looking for a Content & Product Marketing Manager to lead content and messaging end-to-end across performance, product marketing, and brand. The company is building a seamless experience that connects sourcing and shipping and we're looking for someone to own how the company communicates it across the entire customer journey. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute fast.
What You’ll Do
- Performance: Create and optimize content for paid campaigns (ads, landing pages, video, email), A/B Test and performance optimization.
- Website & SEO: Own website content and drive SEO (landing pages, blogs, articles).
- Product Marketing: Define product messaging and positioning across audiences (ICPs) and lifecycle stages.
- Product Marketing Lifecycle: Drive onboarding, activation, and engagement through content messaging across Product, Pre-Sales, and Sales
- Funnel UX: Identify friction points and improve conversion o product funnel (onboarding, UX, activation flows).
- Sales Enablement: Translate product capabilities into clear narratives and sales materials.
- Social & Thought Leadership: Lead content initiatives and distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Reddit (hands-on or via vendors).
Who You Are
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in content / growth / product marketing. Native or high-level English, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong content capabilities, combining creative thinking with a performance mindset.
- Hands-on and independent, with end-to-end ownership of execution
- Proactive and cross-functional, able to lead initiatives and drive processes and aligned with business goals.
- Data-driven, able to analyze reports and funnel performance to generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with AI tools / agents - advantage
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and funnel optimization - advantage
