We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager focused on User Experience, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and data-driven growth. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, UX, and Data - acting as a strategic bridge between marketing needs and product execution, while driving measurable impact on user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across mobile and web, improving onboarding flows, user journeys, activation, and retention.
  • Define and track key product KPIs, analyze user behavior and marketing performance, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize ROI and growth.
  • Translate marketing requirements into clear product and UX specifications aligned with company strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Design, and Marketing teams to support go-to-market plans and feature launches.
  • Drive initiatives end-to-end, from research and strategy through execution and measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the tech industry.
  • Experience in B2C mobile and/or web applications - strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in CRO, user journey optimization, and onboarding flows.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • Experience working closely with Product and UX teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Suite, and Figma.
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics / UA optimization - strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and return on investment measurement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
