We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the commercial success of GroundIQ®. In this role, you will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and marketing initiatives that accelerate growth. You will play a key role in positioning GroundIQ®, Fugro's innovative solution that leverages data analytics and 3D ground modelling to enhance subsurface insights and risk management.
Your role
You gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to guide product innovation, strategic investments, and market positioning;
You develop go-to-market strategies, product launches, and commercial plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth;
You define compelling positioning, messaging, value propositions, and pricing strategies that resonate with target audiences and generate demand;
You conduct market research and identify customer needs, translating insights into requirements for Product Managers and development teams;
You create sales enablement materials, marketing campaigns, and content to support lead generation and help commercial teams close more deals;
You translate technical product capabilities into clear commercial messaging for diverse audiences across global markets;
You measure and analyse marketing performance, continuously optimising initiatives and ensuring Sales and Marketing teams have the tools, knowledge, and assets needed for success.
Your track record
You have 5+ years of experience managing product marketing activities across the product lifecycle, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market planning, ideally within a technical or technology-driven environment;
You have proven experience conducting market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions;
You have a strong track record of developing impactful marketing campaigns and creating engaging content across multiple channels and formats;
You have solid knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and marketing performance analytics;
You are experienced with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, using data-driven insights to optimise customer engagement and marketing effectiveness;
You understand sales processes and commercial strategy and are skilled at aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.
