Job Description

Texas Capital is built to help businesses and their leaders. Our depth of knowledge and expertise allows us to bring the best of the big firms at a scale that works for our clients, with highly experienced bankers who truly invest in people’s success — today and tomorrow.

While we are rooted in core financial products, we are differentiated by our approach. Our bankers are seasoned financial experts who possess deep experience across a multitude of industries. Equally important, they bring commitment — investing the time and resources to understand our clients’ immediate needs, identify market opportunities and meet long-term objectives. At Texas Capital, we do more than build business success. We build long-lasting relationships.

Texas Capital provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, fertility and family building aids, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans with a generous 401K match, paid leave programs, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Headquartered in Dallas with offices in Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, Richardson, Plano and San Antonio, Texas Capital was recently named Best Regional Bank in 2024 by Bankrate and was named to The Dallas Morning News’ Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex Top Workplaces 2023 and GoBankingRate’s 2023 list of Best Regional Banks. This role will support the growth of both businesses by developing marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, drive client acquisition, deepen client relationships, support retention efforts, and clearly articulate the value proposition of Texas Capital's consumer and private banking solutions.

The ideal candidate will understand how to market both consumer banking products and advisory-led, relationship-based financial services to affluent and high-net-worth clients. This individual will combine strategic thinking, financial services expertise, data-driven decision making, strong execution discipline, and executive-level storytelling to accelerate business development and improve marketing effectiveness across the customer lifecycle.

  • Develop campaigns, materials, and programs that support business development, client conversations, referral opportunities, center-of-influence engagement, and banker-led growth initiatives.
  • Partner with content, brand, digital, and sales enablement teams to develop thought leadership, product one-pagers, website content, client testimonials, insights, presentations, banker collateral, and client-facing materials.
  • Lead cross-channel campaign execution across paid media, social media, website, email, direct mail, events, sponsorships, banker enablement, and client communications to ensure a consistent customer experience and flawless execution.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, engagement, lead generation, banker adoption, pipeline influence, and relationship-deepening opportunities.
  • Partner with analytics and sales enablement teams to deliver regular performance reporting, executive summaries, insights, and recommendations that optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop polished, executive-level presentations that translate complex marketing initiatives, business opportunities, and campaign performance into clear, compelling narratives for leadership audiences.
