As a Product Marketing Manager at Lam Research, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our cutting-edge semiconductor equipment.

What you’ll do

• Market Analysis and Forecasting: Develop and maintain forecast models for existing and new market segments. Maintain application matrix database.
• Market Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Lam’s products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Product Positioning: Craft compelling product narratives, positioning, and messaging. Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to create impactful marketing content.
• Customer Insights: Gather insights from customers, sales teams, product line teams and market research. Use data to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product management, business development, account technologist, engineering, and sales teams. Be the bridge between technical details and customer benefits.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in in the semiconductor equipment industry or semiconductor manufacturing industry or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 20% international travel

What We're Offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
