We believe in people and shared values SELECT That's why we are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to focus on improving the user experience, identifying new conversion mechanics, and building custom funnels for traffic at different stages of interaction with the product.

What product and team will you be working on?

AddMile is a personal and professional development platform that helps improve various spheres of life through coaching. AddMile is accessible to users in more than 130 countries.

What do you need to join us:

— At least 2 years of experience in growth management, marketing, or product marketing management;

— Successful experience in increasing conversion rates in funnels;

— Data-driven approach to work (decision-making based on tests and qualitative data);

— Experience with analytical tools (Amplitude, Tableau, or similar): data analysis, drawing conclusions, and building hypotheses;

— Have well-developed skills in strategic thinking, understanding the voice of the customer, and cross-functional collaboration;

— Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).

What will you do:

— Be the expert on our users, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria;

— Researching the market to learn the competitive environment, trends, and technologies and share insights across the company;

— Implementing funnels on a turnkey basis: from the idea and copywriting, to the finished flow through the relevant tasks for the designer and developer;

— Conducting and analyzing the results of A/B tests on web and app funnels to improve conversion to subscriptions and impact on LTV;

— Conducting in-depth analytics of conversion drivers on the funnel and the effectiveness of the chosen pricing strategy;

— Continuous analysis of the competitors' products to find new growth points;
— Systematize changes and maintain funnel documentation.
