Job Description

As Product Marketing Manager for Revalize's PLM product line, you'll play a hands-on role in strengthening and growing one of our core offerings — a PDM/PLM platform built for mid-market manufacturers who design, engineer, and deliver complex products. You'll work across product launches, campaigns, content, and sales enablement, partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to bring launches to life and keep our sales teams equipped to win. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone curious and proactive — comfortable using AI-assisted tools to move faster from research to execution — who wants to build deep product marketing expertise in a fast-moving B2B software environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing market research — buyer needs, competitive positioning, category trends, campaign performance, and win/loss data — to sharpen PLM messaging, campaign strategy, and target segment definition.
• Partner with Product Management to develop clear, differentiated positioning for Revalize's PLM solutions, translating product capabilities into messaging that resonates with technical and business buyers alike.
• Ensure consistency across content — from website copy to sales decks to campaign assets — so every touchpoint reinforces the same PLM story.
• Plan and execute go-to-market for new PLM releases and feature updates, building integrated campaign plans across email, content, paid, events, and social.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Sales to keep launches on track, on message, and moving from idea to execution.
• Equip sellers with pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and ROI materials, ensuring the field understands what's new and why it matters to buyers.
• Track and report on the impact of product marketing initiatives, bringing a data-informed perspective to sharpen planning and prioritization.
• Uses AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or a related role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• AI-savvy and curious, comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work and open to exploring how AI can improve go-to-market execution.
• Hands-on and proactive, with a track record of taking ownership and moving projects from idea to execution.
• Bilingual in German and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferences/Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or enterprise software industries.
• Experience with PLM, PDM, or other manufacturing/engineering software.
• Familiarity with product marketing fundamentals such as go-to-market planning, product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement, or a strong willingness to build this expertise quickly.

Additional Information

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.
