We’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us define how we communicate, package, position, and grow our product offering across every customer touchpoint.
This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of product, marketing, sales and customer success.
You’ll help shape how Teamtailor brings products, features, and value to market, while ensuring customers clearly understand not only what we build, but why it matters.
You’ll play a key role in driving product adoption, feature awareness, customer understanding, positioning and growth. And help elevate how Teamtailor communicates its product experience across the entire customer journey.
Own how Teamtailor communicates its product offering across all touchpoints
Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for products, features, and use cases
Ensure consistency in how we talk about our value proposition globally
Continuously refine how we package and present our offering to different audiences and segments
Build strategies and campaigns that increase feature discovery, understanding, and adoption
Help customers understand the value of both existing and new product capabilities
Partner closely with Customer Success and Product teams to improve adoption journeys and customer education
Support go-to-market initiatives for launches, updates, and strategic product initiatives
Improve how Teamtailor’s product offering is presented across:
website
campaigns
sales material
onboarding
lifecycle communication
product launches
customer communication
Help simplify complex functionality into clear customer value
Ensure our product story feels modern, differentiated, and commercially strong
Work closely with Product teams to deeply understand customer problems, product strategy, and roadmap priorities
Partner with Brand & Creative to bring positioning and launches to life in compelling ways
Collaborate with Performance Marketing to turn positioning into scalable acquisition and growth initiatives
Support Sales with messaging, enablement, and customer-facing narratives
Partner with Customer Success to understand customer needs, friction points, and adoption opportunities
Become the voice of the customer internally
Gather and synthesize customer insights, feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence
Help inform and inspire Product teams around customer needs and opportunities
Identify gaps in customer understanding, positioning, or adoption and turn them into actionable initiatives
Use data and insights to evaluate adoption, engagement, and positioning effectiveness
Stay curious about how AI and modern tools are changing product marketing, communication, and customer education
Explore smarter and more scalable ways to create customer understanding and product engagement
You’re a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a passion for connecting products with people.
You know how to:

Experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar strategic marketing role
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer journeys
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
A strong commercial mindset and understanding of how product communication drives growth and adoption
Analytical thinking and comfort working with customer insights and product data
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Curiosity around AI, modern marketing workflows, and evolving customer behavior
Have experience from SaaS or HR tech
Have worked in scaling international B2B companies
Have experience driving product adoption or onboarding initiatives
Have strong instincts for positioning and packaging products in competitive markets
