The opportunity

General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization). Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget. May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects). On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables A Specialist Professional (P4) is a recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

How you’ll make an impact

  • defining product value propositions and positioning in line with global strategy.

  • Develop and maintain a market development plan for the unit on the corresponding Product Line (PL), Insulation & Components, Turkey.

  • Identify new growth vectors and opportunities for business expansion.

  • Collect and provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to Hub and Global Product Marketing Managers (GPMM/GPM) for R&D projects.

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans in collaboration with Business Unit/Product Group I & C.

  • Lead pre-sales activities and value-based selling initiatives.

  • Meet customers regularly to understand needs and strengthen relationships.

  • Influence technical specifications and standards to position products effectively.

  • Support improvement of strategic pricing, track market prices, and select target/non-target projects to drive profitability.

  • Oversee sales execution for assigned products by preparing relevant materials and providing guidance to Sales teams.

  • Drive sales efficiency by ensuring product knowledge (technical and commercial) across the factory sales team.

  • Ensure know-how sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Participate in monthly forecast meetings, monitor results for the unit, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.

  • Establish product marketing targets and budgets, ensure achievement through regular oversight and improvement plans.

  • Ensure implementation of GPG marketing plans (e.g., campaigns) across the Hub.

  • Collaborate with HUB M&S I & C Manager and Demand Manager to identify and propose SWO to GPMM, lead SWO execution with local unit, and provide feedback.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Live the company’s core values of Safety and Integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Your background:

  • You hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other discipline. Master’s in business management would be advantageous.

  • Proven work experience in the transformer’s environment, marketing and sales with minimum10 years relevant work experience. With background in quotation preparation including costing and pricing experience with capability & capacity alignment with operations, Eng, supply chain.

  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experiences. Knowledge and exposure in Sales Force.Com and MS Office

  • Understand sales performance metrics. Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written, negotiation skill, influencing skills.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
