The role of the Product Marketing and Global Events team is to translate customer and market insights into portfolio and product value propositions, segment strategies, and go-to-market plays that drive growth and share across priority segments.
The team’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Owning segment/industry portfolio narratives that position products as integrated solutions; define value frameworks showing how product combinations solve segment-specific problems.
Defining and executing integrated GTM plays across multiple products for priority segments; orchestrate launches as part of a portfolio strategy.
Plan and execute events that showcase portfolio solutions and drive segment-specific engagement, aligning event strategy with portfolio priorities and segment penetration goals.
Developing enablement materials for portfolio/solution selling, including cross-sell and upsell plays, creating segment-specific playbooks that guide Sales through multi-product conversations.
About the role
The Product Marketing Manager is at the intersection of product development, marketing and sales; with the responsibility to develop and implement the product marketing strategy and commercial roadmap for a variety of solutions within the portfolio. It will be your responsibility to bring that solution to market, contextualize it in the portfolio and against competition, and ensure it remains top-of-mind for new and existing customers throughout its lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Legal, and as product subject-matter-expert within the Global Marketing organization.
Product positioning: Drive continuous market analysis, competitor analysis, product and portfolio positioning, segmentation, value proposition creation, KSPs and messaging strategy, product naming, GTM orchestration, and lifecycle product communication.
Create clear, compelling sell-in decks that translate product value propositions, competitive advantages, and customer outcomes into actionable narratives and talking points for customer-facing teams
Competencies
For this role we are looking for candidates with a background in business marketing, communications, brand or similar and with 2-4 years of marketing experience in a global organisation.
High stakeholder-, time-, and project management skills
Experience developing complex projects in B2B and B2C GTM model
Strategic marketing skillsets with a clear understanding of how to integrate product/services with the wants or needs of customer groups
Experience working closely with R&D and Product Management, with the ability to ‘translate’ technical terminology into consumer-relevant positioning, concepts, and marketing/sales messages.
Proactive “Can-do” attitude to drive improvement across projects, utilising constructive work and problem-solving skills
Ability to build strong relationships within and outside team and make an impact at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both in writing and oral (English) is essential.
Knowledge of the MedTech industry or experience within the dental industry is a plus.
