As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategic development, education and execution of the Go-To-Market and Product Marketing plan for our HeroForce, HR and Payroll products and services.

Your key focus areas will be

• Partnering with business owners to define winning product propositions that deliver exceptional value for our customers and markets.
• Developing and executing GTM strategies that drive product adoption, utilisation and accelerate revenue growth.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer experience and marketing to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

This role is the critical stitching between Product and GTM. It will be pivotal in how we align world class, industry defining products with regional markets and target customers. Our PMM will have a significant impact on the future of Employment Hero at a crucial time as we look to disrupt the way employment is managed across the globe. This will include:

• Developing compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
• Creating value propositions and messaging that differentiate our products in the market.
• Producing collateral for internal stakeholders, such as 1-pagers, to better enable customer facing teams.
• Conducting in-depth competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Developing strategies to position our products advantageously against competitors.
• Gathering and analysing customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Who we are

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience running customer and market research.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Track record of delivering exceptional outcomes beyond the mean.
