Job Description

At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!

Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support D&D Beyond, the official digital toolset and platform for Dungeons & Dragons. This role will partner closely with Product, Brand, Creative, and Community teams to help shape how D&D Beyond features, content, and releases are positioned and brought to market.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will contribute to defining player-facing messaging, support feature launches, and ensure our digital experiences are aligned with audience needs and brand standards. You will act as a strong cross-functional collaborator—helping translate product capabilities into compelling player value and ensuring marketing readiness across digital touchpoints.

What You'll Do:

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to develop positioning and messaging for D&D Beyond features, content releases, and platform enhancements.
  • Translate product updates and technical capabilities into clear, player-facing value propositions.
  • Contribute to messaging frameworks that support both feature adoption and long-term engagement.

Launch & Go-to-Market Support

  • Support cross-functional launch planning for new features, subscriptions, and digital content releases.
  • Ensure marketing deliverables are aligned across homepage placements, email, in-product messaging, and campaign assets.
  • Partner with content teams to support deployment of product updates across D&D Beyond.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers to stay informed on roadmap priorities and upcoming releases.
  • Align with Brand and Creative teams to ensure visual and narrative consistency.
  • Support internal communications and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned on product marketing priorities.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience marketing digital products, SaaS platforms, subscriptions, or live-service experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product concepts.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons and/or tabletop roleplaying games strongly preferred.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working on franchises based on original intellectual property or with fan-led communities.
  • Knowledge of subscription models and feature adoption strategies.
  • Experience supporting lifecycle marketing or engagement initiatives.
