The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy and lead the charge in shaping the future of high-voltage solutions across the Americas. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll drive regional implementation of global strategies, define market positioning, and execute impactful go-to-market plans. From pricing and product launches to promotional campaigns and customer engagement, you’ll be at the center of innovation and growth.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.

  • Define product line targets and monitor performance to achieve strategic goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and positioning.

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, and technical events.

  • Support sales teams with tools, training, and competitive quotations.

  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and global teams for product availability and cost optimization.

  • Monitor quality metrics and evaluate marketing initiatives for continuous improvement.

  • Represent Hitachi Energy at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales or marketing (10–12 years preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of electrical sector; GIS or breaker business experience is a plus.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable delivering technical presentations to large audiences.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role is $137,200 - $171,500. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, and internal equity.
