Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Manage both outbound and inbound marketing activities for assigned solutions.
Conduct market and customer research, track key marketing metrics, and develop tailored marketing plans for each solution.
Implement marketing activities in line with the approved annual plan.
Support the Marketing Manager in developing go-to-market and growth strategies.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to monitor and optimize campaign performance, marketing channels, and automation tools to support revenue targets.
Manage, guide, and support team members in daily marketing activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a team leadership role.
Hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SEO projects.
Familiarity with tools such as Ladipage, Ahrefs, SEO tools, and other relevant marketing platforms.
B2B marketing experience is required; experience in ERP, MRP, accounting software, or software companies is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance optimization.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
