About the role

As Product Marketing Lead, you will own how Paraform shows up in the market. You'll set positioning for our platform, define how we win across our two-sided audience of companies and recruiters, and build the foundation for a world-class product marketing function.

You will partner closely with the VP of Marketing, founders, Product, and Sales to ensure we have sharp positioning, differentiated messaging, and disciplined go-to-market execution as we scale through Series C and beyond.

You will start as a hands-on individual contributor and build the PMM team over time.

What you'll own

• Define Paraform's category narrative — developing differentiated positioning across our key personas (talent leaders, founders, recruiters)
• Own persona depth and segmentation by company size, vertical, and agency type to inform targeting and messaging
• Translate product capabilities into clear buyer value and continuously refine messaging based on customer insight and competitive intelligence
• Own product launch strategy and execution, from beta through full GA, partnering closely with Product on roadmap priorities
• Build sales and GTM enablement — pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, case studies, and competitive talk tracks
• Oversee messaging across the website, thought leadership, and customer stories to shape executive narrative for speaking, PR, and industry presence
• Define metrics for PMM impact on revenue and adoption, and report on them to leadership
• Hire and develop a high-performing PMM team over time

You have

• 5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record owning positioning and messaging for a complex B2B product — category narrative, not just feature-level launches
• Experience leading end-to-end product launches with measurable impact on pipeline, adoption, or revenue
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills — can take a technical product and turn it into clear narrative for web, sales, and exec audiences
• Strong sales partnership instincts — track record building enablement that moves win rates
• Deep customer curiosity — you learn from sales calls, customer interviews, and market research
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with minimal infrastructure — energized by setting direction from first principles

• Experience launching AI-powered products
• Experience building and scaling a PMM team
