Job Description

Launch Your Career in Growth & Product Marketing

Looking to kick-start your career in marketing with real impact? Join Datacom’s Growth team and be part of the engine that drives campaigns, events, and partnerships across Australia and New Zealand

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product marketing and go-to-market strategy — gaining hands-on experience building pipeline, supporting campaigns, and learning how products are brought to life in the market.

Role Responsibilities

  • Calendar coordination & planning rhythm: Manage the release calendar, and sprint board current. Capture PMM/GTM meeting notes, actions, and follow-ups so the team has a single source of truth on what's happening and when. Escalate risks and blockers early.
  • Campaign & content coordination: Run campaign checklists, content inputs, and review cycles on time for each calendar activity. QA email drafts, landing pages, and collateral against brand and messaging guidelines, and maintain content hygiene, so nothing is lost or out of date.
  • Event & partnership logistics: Track event deliverables, assemble collateral packs, and follow up on invoicing and booth requirements. Compile post-event reports and retrospectives, and flag at-risk partnership deadlines to the PMM.
  • Content & enablement support: Draft first-pass content from existing templates. Maintain the proof-point library: customer quotes, case study snippets, and common objections, so sales and marketing always have fresh material to draw on.
  • Measurement & reporting: Maintain campaign and event trackers so data is captured consistently. Report on basic metrics: email, web, content usage, event outcomes, on a regular cadence to support post-campaign review.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work alongside GTM, Group Marketing, Sales, and external partners to keep Growth Calendar execution joined up. Build relationships with senior colleagues to develop skills and capability within product marketing.
