RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Module NPI development activities:
  • Communicate with module component suppliers to negotiate price and timelines.
  • ENG BOM cost calculation and component library maintenance
  • Align with teams covering the third-party assembly houses
  • Resource allocation such as ATE and BI for our modules, improving the current process
• Product Management
  • Competitive analysis & Product cross check reference
  • Product Roadmap & Selection Guideline
  • Product life cycle Management (Concept to Release)
  • Product promotion (Co-work with Digital marketing on China market promotion)
• Business management:
  • Covering urgent samples/order requests from customers.
  • Aligning with the PE,TE and planners locally to get the job done.
  • Quoting for new opportunities.
  • Covering growing Chinese markets and meeting with Chinese customers, covering tier 2 customers.
• Report:
  • Basic PL portfolio management (documents)
  • Weekly Opportunity & Revenue Report
  • Product status report
  • Product cost analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good English communication skills written/ verbal, they should be comfortable speaking English and explaining the issues and following up on open tasks.
• Ability to solve problems and navigate the internal MPS production process.
• Ability to engage with customers to discuss our current portfolio and answer high level questions about basic functionalities and timelines.
• Some familiarity with the semiconductors/ power modules industry.
