The Product Marketing Coordinator supports the successful execution of product launches, product updates, and ongoing product marketing initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams to ensure accurate product information, timely launches, and consistent product
messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Launch & Go-to-Market Support
• Create, edit, and proofread label artwork for new and existing labels, using Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches proactively adjusting project timelines for key deliverables and coordinating cross-functionally on updates.
• Manage the completion, submission, and tracking of new product forms for key distributors.
• Coordinate internal approvals of documentation for new products such as COAs and final sign-off before external submission.

Product Content & Analysis Support
• Own the set up for new product detail pages on thorne.com.
• Review and recommend updates to product detail pages and other marketing materials, including website content, creative assets, and printed collateral to ensure materials are updated when a product changes, is renamed, reformulated, or discontinued.
• Support keyword research and competitive analysis that guides messaging.
• Coordinate product review management, including monitoring flagged keywords, routing reviews requiring followup, and ensuring timely customer support responses.

General Marketing & Team Support
• Support internal team with day-to-day operations including VIP shipments, promotional merchandise/swag, and local event support.
• Assist with additional product marketing and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
• Maintain and update catalogs and price lists and distribute them electronically to internal teams.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Experience and/or Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 1-3 years of related experience.
• Language Ability: Employee is able to read at a highly technical and proficient level. The employee follows instructions, both verbal and written, and communicates effectively with supervisors and fellow employees.
• Computer and Technical Skills: Employee can use the equipment and software required to accomplish the responsibilities of the position.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with exceptional quality standards
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working within project management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar)
• Develops and delivers on assigned objectives within requested timeframes.
• Works cooperatively with executives and senior managers in other departments.
