About the role

The Product Marketing & Business Specialist plays a critical regional role in driving product marketing strategy, business development, Business and analysis, planning, reporting, and market research for the DX business across the MEA region.

This position supports the Product Marketing & Business Manager in executing strategic initiatives across all DX SBUs (RA, SKY, Rooftop, AP, VRV, Heating, and New Business Projects).

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business overview, , cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies that improve business, Product launches, sales performance, product positioning, market share, and profitability.

How you will contribute

1. Pricing Management

• Manage regional pricing uploads, processing activities, and manual pricing requests.
• Coordinate pricing planning and implementation with internal stakeholders, affiliates, and factories.
• Maintain accurate pricing databases, reports, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pricing processes.
• Ensure consistency and compliance in pricing calculations, approvals, and documentation.
• Support regional price-setting, costing activities, and project discount approvals.
• Assist in factory discount negotiations, FOB price optimization, and region-specific pricing strategies.

2. Reporting, Analytics & Data Management

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sales, pricing, product, and market information.
• Perform budget, forecast, and variance analysis to support business planning and performance monitoring.
• Generate management reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain reporting databases and continuously improve reporting automation and visualization.

3. Project Management

• Coordinate with external development agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver business projects successfully.
• Support content structuring, product data management, validation, and platform administration.
• Assist in improving platform functionality, usability, and business processes.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business and operational requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and continuous system enhancements.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and implementation progress.

4. Product Marketing

• Support the execution of regional product marketing strategies across all DX SBUs.
• Coordinate product launches, regional campaigns, and communication activities with affiliates, factories, and HQ.
• Prepare product information, marketing materials, and launch documentation.
• Ensure timely communication of product introductions, changes, certifications, and discontinuations.
• Support marketing initiatives that strengthen product positioning and regional growth.

5. Market Research & Business Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, product portfolios, and market positioning.
• Analyze pricing structures, price waterfalls, recommended selling prices, and discount policies.
• Lead market mapping and strategic analysis to support product planning and business decisions.
• Support pricing and costing improvements through commercial analysis and factory coordination.

6. Internal & External Communication

• Maintain effective communication with affiliates, HQ, factories, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment on pricing, product, and business initiatives.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for management reviews.
• Communicate updates on business performance, strategic initiatives, project progress, and operational activities in a timely manner.
• Support collaboration between regional teams to ensure effective execution of business objectives.

What you need to succeed

• 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, sales analysis, business analytics, or commercial operations (HVAC industry preferred).
• Proven experience in market research, pricing, planning, and business reporting.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale regional or multi-country operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, CRM platforms, and business reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of HVAC/DX product lines (advantage).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or Finance.

Language Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic/French will be advantage.
