Job Description

Our client is a Leading General & Life Insurance Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Product and Marketing Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:
  • Assist in preparing product presentation materials
  • Perform UAT of new product tools/platforms
  • Assist in preparing product training or marketing materials
  • Assist in gathering market intelligence, comparing and auditing required changes etc.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned 
Requirements:
  • University students or equivalent qualifications in any disciplines, prefer in psychology, statistics, mathematics or related disciplines
  • Mature, attentive to details, numerical sensitive and can work independent
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
