YOUR ROLE

Experienced product marketing professional with 4–5+ years of experience in sales, product marketing, or business development, ideally in the power semiconductors or a related high-tech field.

This role acts as the key commercial interface with major Taiwanese ODMs, regional sales teams, and Technical Marketing. The position is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, especially with strategic accounts, and for collecting customer inputs that support product roadmap definition and the Business Unit growth strategy.

The role also covers emerging applications such as AI Server, ensuring close alignment with customer needs, market trends, and portfolio development priorities. It supports commercial discussions, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations, while contributing to value positioning and long-term business growth in the Taiwan market.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Strong business acumen, combining market, pricing, margin, and portfolio trade-off understanding with solid technical knowledge of the product domain.
  • Ability to define and execute strategy in close collaboration with Technical Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on the Taiwan market.
  • Strong capabilities in customer engagement, market analysis, value-based pricing, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in interacting with major Taiwanese customers, including leading ODMs, engineering teams, sourcing, and senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and translate customer requirements from Taiwan into actionable inputs for product roadmap definition and Business Unit growth strategy, with particular attention to emerging applications such as AI Server.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Taiwan, with particular focus on strategic ODM accounts, understanding their current and future needs to support long-term business growth.

  • Market Insights, Technical Marketing & Roadmap Input

    Collect, consolidate, and analyze market, customer, and competitor feedback from Taiwanese customers and translate it into actionable recommendations on portfolio gaps, pricing, promotions, and growth opportunities.

    Work closely with Technical Marketing to provide structured customer inputs and identify requirements from Taiwanese customers, supporting product roadmap definition and the BU growth strategy.

  • Portfolio Positioning & Pricing

    Contribute in the definition and maintaining the commercial positioning of the product portfolio in alignment with BU strategy and the needs of the Taiwan market. Propose pricing strategies and discount frameworks, support deal pricing and negotiations for key opportunities, and contribute to price harmonization while protecting margins.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    Track commercial KPIs such as revenue, ASP, margin, and design wins, and provide regular business reviews and recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

4–5+ years of experience in sales, product marketing, or business development, ideally in the power semiconductors or a related high-tech field.

Strong ability to communicate product concepts, value propositions, and commercial selling points to multiple audiences, including engineering, sourcing, and purchasing teams.

Solid capability in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
