What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Ensuring products are locally relevant, competitive, and high‑performing across assigned markets
  • Translate regional insights into clear product requirements and enhancements
  • Support scalable market expansion through structured and repeatable approaches, catering for localisation needs and best practices.
  • Drive consistency in market understanding, performance tracking, and opportunity identification
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, cultural nuances and regulatory constraints
  • Ensure product experiences are tailored to meet local market expectations including, features and functionality, user experience and journeys
  • Work with relevant product pillars to ensure effective implementation.
  • Continuously refine localisation strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion
  • Monitor and analyse the competitive landscape within each market.
  • Track competitor offerings, positioning, and innovation trends.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic advantage.
  • Proactively surface insights and recommendations to influence product direction.
  • Ensure market needs are represented in product planning and prioritisation.
  • Work with optimisation team to track product performance at a market level, identifying growth opportunities and performance gaps, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the regional hubs point of contact for all product related matters.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who brings:

  • Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in high-pressure environments
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance technical and business priorities
  • Proactive, structured, and outcome-driven mindset
  • Strong experience in product, market strategy, or regionalised roles, ideally within digital or betting environments
  • Deep understanding of localisation, customer behaviour, and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in competitive analysis and market intelligence
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and influence product decisionmaking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in fastmoving, multimarket environments
  • Structured, proactive, and solutionoriented mindset

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Experience scaling capabilities in high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of product ecosystems, integrations, and data
  • Experience working within regulatory or compliance-driven environments
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance tools
  • Experience with agile product operating models at scale
