Oracle Analytics is hiring for an AR Community product manager outbound role to help us gather product evidence for our Industry Analyst Community.

The goal is to bring our products to life and provide proof points via in-depth customer use cases and partners‘ solutions, highlighting the product features they are using, deployment architecture details as well as technical and business value evidence.

What you’ll bring to the team Fresh, new perspective on how to best leverage our customer and partner use cases in a cloud world to tell a compelling and differentiated story for our Analyst Community on how our products are driving value and helping organizations to innovate.
What you will learn on the job Working with the Analyst Community will allow you to gain a strategic perspective on the market plus you will get to work directly with a former Industry Analyst part of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Interview customers to get their detailed use cases, product features used, architecture and quantifiable technical and business value.

  • Work with the Partner Community team to detail Partner Solutions that will be used during our Analyst interactions.

  • Gather our key business metrics for our major Analyst reports and scorecard submissions.

  • Translate that information into a series of assets that we’ll be sharing with our Analysts Community: presentations, videos, newsletters, etc..

  • Working with other team members to leverage the customer use cases for advancing our products and collaborate with the marketing team to turn those into customer references and award nominations.

  • Manage analyst-facing programs and support Oracle's engagement strategy with industry analysts, including coordinating analyst inquiries, RFPs, scorecards, evaluations, and evidence submissions.

  • Lead project management and coordination for major industry events, including Gartner conferences, analyst summits, customer events, and Oracle AI World.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Oracle AI Data Platform and Analytics solutions. Oracle AIDP & Analytics solutions skills strongly preferred, including Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX), and NetSuite.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills This role involves working with customers, asking them the right questions and translate that into compelling product evidence. You should also be comfortable working with product managers and other stakeholders to describe key customer use cases in depth.

  • Dexterity with PowerPoint and basic video editing skills This role requires to take the raw information and be able to present it in a professional presentation or edited video.

  • Project management This role is about supporting our ongoing Industry Analyst efforts to advance Oracle Analytics position in the market. It requires strong project management skills to shepherd success.

  • Diplomacy This position also requires working with different teams that can have different objectives. To achieve the best outcome, you will need to build relationships across those teams and know when to push and when to be patient.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
