Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
  
• Experience working in a safety, abuse-fighting, or integrity role at an enterprise software company.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  
• 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  
• 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Assess threats to users from new technologies GenAI and design appropriate safeguards in advance.
  
• Understand abuse that can come from new GenAI features and how to mitigate it.
  
• Define safety and abuse prevention strategy that balances short-term needs to ship quickly and long-term goals to scale globally.
  
• Collaborate with data science to develop a comprehensive set of metrics to measure product safety and the impact of spam and abuse on our products and users.
  
• Work across research and engineering teams to build ML signals, techniques, and infrastructure to protect users including enterprise customers.
