Role Overview:
Lead and execution for Pangle's Web Ads products. Develop a deep understanding of global advertiser needs, design monetization product solutions centered on core Web Ads industry verticals (open-loop e-commerce, Lead & Service), and drive business scale growth across overseas markets.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product planning, requirements analysis, and solution design for Web Ads; drive iteration across core modules including ad formats, bidding logic, and targeting capabilities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the campaign needs of open-loop e-commerce and Lead & Service advertisers; design industry-specific product solutions tailored to these verticals.
- Research compliance requirements and advertising ecosystems in target markets (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe & Americas); drive localization and market adaptation of Web Ads products.
- Engage directly with overseas advertisers and agencies to gather frontline insights; track competitive landscape including product and algorithm developments from key players within the industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with algorithm, engineering, sales, and operations teams to define product roadmaps and make data-driven product decisions.
