ACG_3794_JOB Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Conduct market research and study enterprise customer behavior to identify product development opportunities. Analyze data and actual customer needs to propose high-value product solutions. Build and develop system features related to procurement management, supplier management, and multi-level approval workflows. Optimize inventory and ensure data integration with other modules such as Accounting and Finance. Develop product plans, including product roadmaps, implementation plans, and business plans. Collaborate with relevant teams including Technology, Business Analysis, Customer Service, and Sales to effectively bring the product to market. Requirements 1. Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields from top universities in Vietnam. At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager at software companies with similar products. Candidates with experience in ERP, CRM, Warehouse Management, or Procurement products are preferred. Strong ability to systematically research markets and customers, analyze data to support decision-making, and develop business, implementation, and product development plans. 2. Nice to Have Experience as a Senior BA, PO, or PM at software companies with similar products is preferred. An MBA is preferred. Benefits 1.
