Job Description

Ready to reimagine the workplace experience and turn everyday moments into something exceptional? Here's your chance to build products that people interact with every day and to grow your career at the intersection of hospitality, design, and technology. Bring your curiosity, your creativity, and your passion for putting people first—and help us define what a world-class workplace feels like.

As a Product Manager within Amenity Services, you are in integral part of the team that innovates new offerings and leads end-to-end delivery. As a core leader, you act as the voice of our end-users, defining, shaping, and executing on the services that bring our workplaces to life, from dining and pantries to conference centers and guest registration. Drawing inspiration from the hospitality, food & beverage, and software industries, you will blend physical experiences with digital solutions to create consistent, frictionless, and high-satisfaction experiences for employees and guests. You will partner closely with our technology, operations, and design teams to transform services into scalable, data-informed products that deliver measurable business and user value. In this role, your initial focus will include developing a data strategy for Amenity Services, cataloguing data sources across internal and vendor systems and establishing a plan to ingest, transform, and visualize that data to inform ongoing product and operational decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers, integrating insights from data, employee feedback, and market research to prioritize high-impact opportunities
  • Own, maintain, and evolve the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap, value proposition, and delivery commitments
  • Shape the product roadmap for one or more amenity service lines, defining strategy, goals, and outcomes that enhance the employee and guest experience
  • Collaborate with design, technology, and operations to translate needs and insights into clear product requirements, pilots, and launches that improve service quality and consistency
  • Build the framework to track key success metrics — including cost, adoption, satisfaction, and operational impact — and use analytics and user feedback to guide iteration
  • Lead the initial data strategy effort for amenity services, mapping data sources across business lines and vendor systems to support a scalable plan for ingestion, transformation, and visualization
  • Benchmark and ideate new concepts, drawing inspiration from the hospitality, workplace, and service design industries to inform innovation and continuous improvement
  • Build clear, compelling narratives through presentations and visuals that align cross-functional partners and senior leaders around product priorities and outcomes
  • Support product delivery and rollout, ensuring new tools, services, and experiences are implemented effectively across diverse regions and operations teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, management consulting, or operations
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, with working knowledge of data analytics to inform decisions and measure performance
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to build strategic narratives, structure information visually, and communicate ideas with clarity and influence
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across operations, design, technology, and analytics to deliver complex initiatives, including comfort working with data from internal systems and vendor platforms
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and analytics or data visualization tools for product tracking, collaboration, and reporting
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed, global organization

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in productizing services or bringing operational programs into a structured product model
  • Background in hospitality, workplace experience, or amenity management with an understanding of how physical services intersect with digital tools
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex information — including data from multiple systems — into executive-ready visuals, reports, and presentations
  • Strategic and creative thinker with an eye for operational detail, service excellence, and data-driven decision-making
