As a team member, you will leverage qualitative/quantitative research to gather user feedback, develop deep customer insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to drive business success.
As a Product Manager Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful, short-term projects that give you hands-on experience with real advertising products. You will learn how product teams identify customer problems, define solutions, work with cross-functional partners, and measure impact in a fast-paced global environment. This role is a strong opportunity to build practical product management skills while exploring your interest in ads, e-commerce, and AI-powered creative products.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
1. Assist in formulating search advertising strategies for global commercial products to enhance media revenue (including but not limited to traffic strategies and ad format innovation).
2. Continuously optimize search ads product capabilities and strategies to improve monetization efficiency.
3. Monitor industry trends, conduct in-depth analysis, and contribute to strategic adjustments and product innovation.
