What is the Opportunity?

As a Product Manager, UX for AIOS, you will define and drive product experiences that make complex AI workflows clear, usable, and valuable for customers in regulated financial services.

You will sit at the intersection of product management, user experience, engineering, AI, and customer delivery. Your focus will be understanding users, shaping the roadmap, defining product requirements, partnering closely with design, and ensuring AIOS experiences support real work: agent orchestration, workflow setup, monitoring, review, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop control.

This role matters because governed AI only creates value when users can understand it, trust it, and operate it confidently. You will help AIOS move from technical capability to product experiences that customers can adopt at scale.

What Will You Do?

• Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and UX-focused product requirements for AIOS experiences and workflows.
• Deeply understand user needs through discovery, stakeholder interviews, customer feedback, workflow analysis, and collaboration with delivery teams.
• Partner closely with product designers to shape user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, and design decisions for AIOS features.
• Translate customer problems, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Work with engineering, AI, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to make trade-offs, clarify implementation details, and deliver high-quality product capabilities.
• Define and track product success metrics such as adoption, task completion, workflow efficiency, user satisfaction, feature usage, quality, and support feedback.
• Prioritize the roadmap based on customer value, technical feasibility, delivery commitments, risk, and strategic fit with AIOS.
• Support demos, customer conversations, internal enablement, and go-to-market readiness for new AIOS product experiences.
• Champion usability, accessibility, clarity, and trust in AI-powered workflows, especially where users need transparency, control, and confidence.
• Continuously improve product discovery and delivery practices so the team can move quickly while staying anchored in customer outcomes.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must haves

• 3+ years of product management, technical product management, UX product management, product design leadership, or closely related experience in software products.
• 2+ years of experience working on enterprise SaaS, workflow, platform, data, AI, automation, or developer/productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, user research methods, requirement definition, prioritization, and product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with designers on UX strategy, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and usability feedback.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements, success metrics, and delivery-ready stories.
• Comfort working with technical teams and discussing APIs, data flows, AI behavior, system constraints, and implementation trade-offs.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to make product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering, design, delivery, leadership, and customer stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered products, LLM-based workflows, agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop systems, or responsible AI controls.
• Experience in banking, financial services, regulatory technology, enterprise operations, or other high-trust domains.
• Experience with Figma or similar product design and prototyping tools.
• Experience working with design systems, accessibility standards, and complex enterprise UX patterns.
• Experience supporting customer workshops, product demos, or executive-level product conversations.
• Experience taking a product from early concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where product direction evolves based on customer learning and technical discovery.
