Job Description

Summary

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming outstanding products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job, and there's no telling what you could accomplish.

Apple's Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. We are, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager to help evolve our AI-powered decision intelligence products and agentic workflows. This is a hands-on product role with real ownership. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders, act as a clear voice for the product across cross-functional teams, and help shape a roadmap that reduces time to insight and catalyzes decision making across Apple Sales.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, or in an adjacent role (business or data analysis, program management, consulting, UX, or engineering) with demonstrable product ownership.

Experience working on AI, LLM-based, or agentic products is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with key considerations for generative experiences, including quality, trust, and adoption considerations.

Proficiency in analytics or BI tooling (SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

Experience with issue-tracking, requirement backlog tools, and with running production triage.

Experience mapping and improving end-to-end user workflows, particularly where a new tool has to fit into established ways of working.

Experience working on global products that have regional requirements.

Comfortable working with product and domain experts to translate ambiguous needs into clear, measurable requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management, or in an adjacent role (business or data analysis, program management, consulting, UX, or engineering) with demonstrable product ownership.

Ability to prioritize based on analytics and business.

Experience writing clear user stories, CUJ (Critical User Journeys), requirements, and acceptance criteria, and maintaining a prioritized backlog.

Strong communication skills — able to message product and technical content at a level appropriate for the audience, and to build trust with stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to create alignment on user needs and product direction.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities, longer-term projects, and ad hoc requirements.

An eagerness and ability to learn new skills in a fast-passed environment and evolving environment.

B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent work experience.
