About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Product Manager to lead the strategic development, growth and management of our Urology product portfolio nationally.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Finance and external manufacturing partners to ensure the successful growth and performance of the portfolio.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who combines strong commercial acumen with clinical understanding and is passionate about delivering innovative healthcare solutions to customers and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth, profitability and market share for the Urology portfolio.
  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, supporting successful product launches and portfolio expansion.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, customer needs and sales performance to inform business decisions and growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, manufacturers and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead product lifecycle management activities, including forecasting, training, product introductions, recalls, technical support and end-of-life planning.
  • Provide clinical and technical support, training, and mentorship to the sales team and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver marketing initiatives, educational programs, workshops and promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the business at conferences, trade shows and industry events across Australia.

About you

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Product Management role within the medical device, healthcare or life sciences sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Urology market and clinical environment highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and launches.
  • Proven ability to analyse market trends, sales performance and commercial opportunities.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analysing sales and portfolio data.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel interstate (approximately 3–5 days per month) and occasionally overseas as required.
