Location: UK Field-Based with extensive UK travel

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused UK Product Manager to drive the success of our high-profile Hip and Knee portfolio and support key areas of our LARS business across the UK.
The key purpose of the UK Product Manager is to develop and implement marketing strategies, plans and activities that drive the growth and success of our Hip and Knee implant portfolio, associated technologies, and selected LARS business areas. You will play a pivotal role in product launches, market development, clinical engagement, sales support, professional education, and brand ownership across the UK market.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring close partnership with Sales, Clinical Research, R&D, Global Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams, while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and external stakeholders.
What you’ll do;
Marketing Strategy & Product Management
• Develop and support the UK market strategy across the Corin portfolio, with priority focus on Hip and Knee implants and associated OPS™ and Apollo™ technologies.
• Lead the successful launch of new products and technologies into the UK market.
• Drive product line growth through strategic marketing initiatives and targeted business development activities.
• Manage the lifecycle of existing products, ensuring ongoing market relevance and commercial success.
• Contribute to forecasting, demand planning and monthly S&OP demand management review processes.
• Develop and manage marketing materials to support sales activities, technical requirements, product launches, customer engagement and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research teams to identify publication opportunities that strengthen product positioning and support market growth.
Education & Training
• Design and deliver comprehensive product training programmes for the UK sales organisation, independently and in collaboration with global teams.
• Develop multi-level educational pathways to enhance product knowledge and selling effectiveness.
• Manage professional education initiatives including centres of excellence, cadaveric training programmes and symposium-style events.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support educational and promotional activities.
• Provide in-field technical, clinical and commercial support to the sales team through regular territory visits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Logistics and Finance to maximise the impact of new product introductions.
• Present and influence stakeholders at all levels, including healthcare professionals and senior leadership teams.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced orthopaedic marketing professional with a strong understanding of the UK joints market and a passion for driving business growth.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Significant experience within the orthopaedic joints sector with strong knowledge of the UK orthopaedic market and key stakeholder landscape.
• Proven product management and marketing experience within a medical device environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the sales process and commercial business drivers.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results against deadlines and objectives.
• Experience supporting product launches and portfolio management.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals, customers and senior leaders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Attributes
• Knowledge of clinical publications and evidence-based product positioning.
• Experience managing professional education programmes and KOL networks.
• Understanding of forecasting, demand planning and S&OP processes.
