Job Description

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Manager for its Transaction Banking – GTS Cash unit. The role involves shaping the roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless execution of cash management products for corporate and institutional clients. You will collaborate across technology, operations, risk, and sales to deliver market‑leading solutions that enhance liquidity, efficiency, and client experience.

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTS Cash offerings.
  • Gather and prioritize market, client, and regulatory requirements into actionable features.
  • Work closely with technology and operations teams to ensure timely and high‑quality product releases.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging trends to keep the portfolio ahead of the market.
  • Develop business cases, pricing models, and profitability analyses for new and existing products.
  • Partner with sales and relationship managers to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance post‑launch.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk policies, and internal controls.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior product team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree; B.Tech/MCA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in transaction banking or cash management.
  • Strong understanding of cash products, liquidity solutions, and payment systems.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling banking products in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to translate complex client needs into clear product specifications.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Indian banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development tools.
  • Leadership mindset with a collaborative, results‑orientated approach.
