Job Description

Drive Strategic Initiatives End-to-End

  • Own and drive high-priority strategic projects across the Cash Management business
  • Work with product, sales to define milestones, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
  • Actively intervene to resolve bottlenecks and maintain execution momentum

2. Program Management & Execution Discipline

  • Bring strong project management rigor across initiatives — tracking dependencies, timelines, and outcomes
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and enforce accountability, including engaging and pushing senior stakeholders when required
  • Maintain a structured review cadence across initiatives

3. Leadership Engagement & Visibility

  • Work closely with the Cash Business Head to provide regular updates on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Synthesize complex updates into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Prepare and drive discussions in business reviews and leadership forums

4. High-Impact Management Communication

  • Build sharp, insight-led management presentations — not just compiling inputs, but adding perspective, analysis, and recommendations

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Engage deeply with:
    • Sales teams on-ground to understand execution challenges and adoption barriers
    • Product managers to track delivery, shape priorities, and accelerate outcomes

6. Portfolio-Level Perspective

  • Develop a holistic (“bird’s-eye”) view of the Cash Management business
  • Identify interlinkages and challenges to drive integrated growth

4- 8 years of experience in business roles, program management, product or business roles

  • Ability to drive execution through influence, including working with and pushing senior stakeholders
  • Strong program management skills — ability to manage multiple initiatives with structure and rigor
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach
  • Proven experience in building high-quality management presentations and business narratives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, high-visibility environment
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and work across levels — from on-ground sales teams to senior leadership
