Training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence (AI) requires data. LOTS of data. However, not just any data will do – our clients need responsible AI data that’s targeted, accurate and reliable to ensure machine learning (ML) success. But preparing AI training data is a monumental task that can take up the vast majority of AI project time, leaving AI teams with precious little time to focus on developing, deploying and evaluating ML models. Job Purpose

We're hiring a Product Manager to own a core part of it, with scope to operate with a high degree of autonomy, and the tools to move fast.

You'll own either the vendor sourcing side (recruitment, AI interviewing, and candidate qualification: finding and vetting the vendors who go on to do the work) or the project management side (project assignment, execution, and tracking across every TrainAI engagement). We'll match you to whichever fits your background and interests best.

You'll work alongside a Dublin-based engineering team that ships product end to end using agentic coding tools as their default workflow. You're expected to keep pace: using AI-assisted tools in your own process, and turning problems into shipped features in weeks, not quarters.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap and outcomes for your area, not just the backlog.
• Select the problems to solve, and define the metrics and outcomes to aim for to prove that we have solved them.
• Turn ambiguous business goals into a concrete, sequenced set of product bets, without waiting for someone else to fully spec them out.
• Work with engineering to build AI directly into the product: intelligent candidate qualification, automated skill verification, predictive vendor performance, depending on your focus area.
• Use AI-assisted tools yourself for day-to-day product work: spec writing, research synthesis, prototyping.
• Talk directly to the operations and supply-chain teams who depend on what you ship, and let that shape what you prioritise.
• Instrument your workflows and use the data to decide what gets built next.
• Coordinate closely with the rest of product and engineering so what you ship fits together with the rest of the platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager on high-usage applications, whether that’s B2C, internal tools, workforce platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Comfortable owning a product area with real operational stakes: vendors and internal teams depend on what you ship.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted product work, or clear evidence you'll pick it up fast.
• Strong stakeholder management: you'll work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders who don't always agree.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you'd rather ship and adjust than wait for a perfect brief.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with recruitment/qualification workflows (vendor sourcing) or workflow/project-tracking systems (project management).
• Experience working alongside an AI-native engineering team, or shipping a product where AI tooling was core to how the team built it.
