Job Description

Responsible for the end-to-end trading experience of the Web3 business line. Deeply understand the trading needs and behaviors of different user tiers, lead the formulation and implementation of product strategies related to trading experience, drive cross-department collaboration, and efficiently deliver high-quality trading products. Continuously enhance the platform's trading experience, trading volume, and market competitiveness to fully meet the needs of various Web3 trading users.

• Oversee trading experience management, covering product design, interaction flows, and front-end product feature development to ensure alignment with business and user requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research and integrate user feedback and insights to continuously optimize the product experience.
• Be responsible for product planning, define and execute the product roadmap, effectively manage feature priorities, and drive the achievement of core business objectives to support market trading business growth.
• Lead end-to-end product management from demand research and design to development and launch, working closely with design, UX, engineering, and other teams.
• Continuously track product developments of mainstream trading platforms, regularly perform competitive analysis and user research, and stay abreast of industry trends and market changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
• Substantial experience in trading experience products, with a background in Web3 exchanges being advantageous.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 market, familiar with trading businesses such as spot, margin, and perpetual contracts.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, able to work effectively with design, engineering, and other teams.
• Strong English communication skills, capable of adapting to global teams and business scenarios.
• Strong execution and self-drive, able to independently take ownership and drive key tasks to completion.
• Detail-oriented, skilled in continuously optimizing products by combining user feedback and data insights.
