Job Description

Are you a product leader who thrives at the intersection of security, technology, and delivery? At JPMorganChase, we're building capabilities that protect the firm and the people who depend on it — and we're looking for someone ready to lead that mission.

As a Program Manager — Vice President at JPMorganChase within Global Security, you will serve as the product owner and delivery leader for a portfolio of threat detection and analysis capabilities spanning three operational programs: Insider Threat, Strategic Threats, and Workplace Violence. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end, coordinate across technology and business stakeholders, and partner with program-level delivery managers to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Your work will directly enable data-driven identification, analysis, and mitigation of threats — protecting the firm, its workforce, clients, and assets.

Job responsibilities

  • Own and drive the threat detection and analysis product roadmap — including vision, outcomes, sequencing, and delivery planning — across three operational security programs
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between the Global Security product organization and technology partners, aligning priorities, managing dependencies, removing blockers, and ensuring timely roadmap execution
  • Define product objectives, key performance indicators, and success measures including operational effectiveness, timeliness, quality, reliability, and user adoption
  • Partner with program-level delivery managers to translate operational needs into initiatives, epics, and user stories, and align cross-program dependencies to unblock execution
  • Establish and run a consistent operating cadence including roadmap reviews, sprint and program reviews, stakeholder updates, risk and issue management, and decision documentation
  • Coordinate across engineering, data, analytics, and platform teams to deliver roadmap capabilities through clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and disciplined execution
  • Drive delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams — including scope, timeline, quality, and cost — with accountability for escalation management and executive-level communications
  • Ensure product capabilities are designed with appropriate controls and that delivery activities are executed in accordance with legal, privacy, and risk requirements
  • Lead change management and adoption planning for delivered capabilities, including training needs, operating model impacts, documentation, and feedback loops
  • Build trusted partnerships across security, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating complex topics clearly to varied audiences including senior leaders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, program management, or related roles with demonstrated roadmap ownership and delivery accountability
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, including planning, sequencing, dependency management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready materials and synthesize complex topics for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Experience operating in a controlled or regulated environment with demonstrated sensitivity to legal, privacy, and risk considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes across multiple programs without relying on formal authority

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience within a global security or comparable enterprise security organization delivering products used by operational threat or investigative programs
  • Familiarity with insider threat, strategic threats, workplace violence, investigative or analytical workflows, or behavioral threat concepts
  • Experience with threat detection or analytics platforms and concepts such as user activity monitoring, user behavior analytics, alert triage workflows, rules and policy engines, or metrics-driven performance monitoring
  • Data fluency — including experience with query tools, dashboards, or visualizations — and comfort partnering with data science and engineering teams
  • Background in fields such as security studies, intelligence studies, cybersecurity, computer science, or data analysis
